Ordering
Can I personalize my order?
Many of our products can be customized with names, dates, school mascots, colors, or other personal details. Product pages will indicate whether personalization is available.
Can I change my order after it's been placed?
If production has not yet begun, we'll do our best to accommodate changes. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours, provided production has not started.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes! We love bringing unique ideas to life. Contact us to discuss your custom project.
Shipping
How long does it take to process my order?
Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Personalized or large custom orders may require additional time.
When will I receive tracking information?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time.
My package says delivered, but I can't find it.
Please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier. If you still can't locate your package, contact us and we'll help however we can.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
Because many of our products are handcrafted or personalized, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
What if I entered the wrong personalization?
If production hasn't started, we'll do our best to update your order.

Will my item look exactly like the photo?
Because many of our products are handmade, slight variations make every piece uniquely yours.
Are your earrings lightweight?
Absolutely! Our earrings are designed to be comfortable for everyday wear.
Do you make products for schools?
Yes! We specialize in school spirit apparel, teacher gifts, classroom accessories, and custom school merchandise.
Gifts
Can I ship directly to someone as a gift?
Yes! Simply enter their shipping address during checkout.
Do you include receipts?
No pricing information is included with gift shipments.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! We offer gift wrapping as an optional add-on during checkout. Simply select the gift wrap option before completing your purchase, and we'll carefully package your order in a beautifully wrapped presentation that's ready for gifting.
